Join our assembly team at Servero's main office in Basingstoke, working hands-on with enterprise server hardware every day. You'll be responsible for building, testing, and preparing systems and components — playing a key role in ensuring every piece of equipment that leaves our workshop meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• •Building and assembling enterprise servers and workstations to customer specifications
• •Testing servers, components, and sub-assemblies to ensure full functionality before dispatch
• •Wiping data and testing media products using industry-standard tools and processes
• •Assessing used parts and equipment for resale suitability, grading condition and functionality

Requirements

• •A genuine interest in computer hardware — you enjoy getting hands-on with physical kit
• •Comfortable working in a workshop environment as part of a small, collaborative team
• •Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to building and testing equipment

Desirable

• •Knowledge of servers from any tier-one vendor (Supermicro, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
• •Previous experience in a hardware assembly, refurbishment, or data centre environment

We're looking for a driven Internal Account Manager to join our sales team and become the face of Servero to our customers. This is a key role in a small, growing business — you'll own customer relationships, generate revenue, and have a direct impact on the company's success. Key Responsibilities

• •Managing outbound calls and emails to existing customers, maintaining strong ongoing relationships
• •Generating quotes and pricing up tailored server and infrastructure solutions with precision and accuracy
• •Proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
• •Acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts — you are the face of Servero to your customers, so the quality of every interaction matters

Requirements

• •At least 2 years of previous sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting targets
• •A keen eye for detail, particularly at the quoting and pricing stage — accuracy is essential
• •Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed in a results-driven environment

Desirable

• •Previous sales experience in an IT, technology, or hardware-related business
• •Familiarity with enterprise server products, data centre equipment, or B2B technology sales

We're looking for a creative, self-motivated marketer to take ownership of Servero's online presence and help build our brand in both the digital and real world. You'll run email campaigns, manage social media, and bring fresh creative ideas to boost brand awareness and drive sales. Based at our Basingstoke head office with the option for some remote working and flexible hours — ideal for a working parent looking for a role that fits around life.

• •Planning, creating, and executing direct email marketing campaigns to engage customers and generate leads
• •Managing Servero's social media channels — creating and scheduling posts that build brand awareness and audience engagement
• •Developing creative ideas and content to promote products, services, and company news across all channels
• •Tracking campaign performance and using insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion

Requirements

• •A creative mindset with a genuine passion for digital marketing and content creation
• •Familiarity with current marketing tools and platforms (e.g. email marketing software, social media schedulers, design tools)
• •Self-motivated team player who can work independently and bring ideas to the table without being asked

Desirable

• •Experience in B2B or technology marketing, particularly in IT hardware or enterprise solutions
